Although I LOVED all that the book had to offer, I feel like there could be more. I don’t know exactly what, maybe more in-depth with each topic.
I do recommend this book to everyone as a great starting point on their body positivity and self love journey because it has simple explanations and exercises to help you along the way on your journey.
