I love adaptations and retellings more than most genres, so this was right up my alley. I've heard about this book for so long that I was worried it wouldn't hold up to the hype, but thankfully it did! I loved the interpretations of the myths, and how Miller had her own way of viewing some of these well-known stories. Circe herself was so compelling and I loved her journey from start to finish. I definitely want to read Song of Achilles now, although I might have to wait so I'm prepared to cry!
