Amazing. Just simply, the best follow up to A Curse So Dark and Lonely that one could hope for.

I loved following along with Grey's story. Going from the Commander of the Guard for more years than he can even count to becoming the sought after heir to the kingdom in hiding... Grey had to deal with some major emotions.

And Lia Mara, the eldest but not heir, recognizes early that she is unimportant and will not get what she wants most, and it's not the kingdom she's after.

I really enjoyed this story and can't wait to see where Brigid takes us next!
