All You Need Is Kill by Hiroshi Sakurazaka
4.0

An excellent action sci-fi novel. The movie was good and I actually saw it first, but the book is better, although not for the obvious reasons.

The characters are interesting and relatable, Sakurazaka writes them very well. The sci-fi premise is cool, and the action is fantastic. There is a lot of cursing and blood, this is not PG-13. It’s a real page turner.

I really liked it. It does have some interesting deeper content at the end, so it’s not just action. It also doesn’t have any cheesy romance like Hollywood likes to do, which I like. It is also a quick read. I recommend it!
