Loved this book and loved this series!!
This series was such a fun, action packed, and easy read! I love the world that was created and how something that seemed so simple in book one, morphed into this great story in book 2!
I thought Jules was a great main character and I thought Caro complemented her perfectly as the villain. Reading about the discoveries that Jules makes throughout the book and her self discovery was great!
Also, thank you Sara Holland for writing in a romance that actually went with the story and wasn’t cringe worthy 👏🏻 it’s been a while since I read any kind of romantic scene and didn’t want to chuck my book at the wall. This time around it was added to the story in the perfect way and, most importantly, it didn’t make Jules seem weak. She did everything she could to protect her love interest but she never let him stop her from reaching her destiny. I loved that. She loved him but she could say no to him when he wanted her to do something she knew she shouldn’t.

All in all I thought it was a fantastic series!
