This book was a quick, fast pace, lighthearted read with such Hallmark vibes. FMC is curvy/overweight and has a great redemption character arc developed throughout. MMC is a cinnamon roll single dad cowboy/farmer who instantly falls hard. All the characters and story are very loveable. And Then I Saw You proves a romance book can be closed door and still be a great palette cleanser read.
