Long Drive Home
by Will Allison
The storyline (plot arcs) felt really flat, and there was no real resolution which I didn't like, made worse by the fact that the story seemed to drag out. Even if it does reflect the narrator's own sense of guilt and suspense, it makes for a pretty long and dull read. That said, the conflicts are a great example of how people make stupid, rash decisions that have harsh consequences - I just wish the narrative was more interesting.
