When I rate a contemporary kids book, I am basing it almost entirely on my sons reaction to the book. And boy, does he love this book! Just a silly little rhyming story about how underpants led to the downfall of the dinosaurs. My son LOVES dinosaurs and the idea of them wearing underwear has him giggling every time it's read to him. Actually, he's had it memorized since the third reading. The illustrations are fun and vibrant as well.
