another book i loved but never reviewed. i loved jude and the general enemies to lovers, but wasn't a fan of how much of cardan's issues are written off as ok, it feels like the whole "he's mean to her because he loves her" idea which, ew. i definitely did like him, but there should be SOME acknowledgment of what he did wrong. the twists and turns were well-written, and i LOVED the worldbuilding.
