This book is written specifically to help the reader tackle jealousy, and specifically for people in open- or polyamorous relationships. I came into it as an outsider, who is interested in polyamory but has no past or current experience with it.

Still, I found the exercises interesting, and many of them seemed useful for handling emotions, anxiety or communication in general. In fact, I'm going to try some of the strategies in dealing with anxiety and depression.
