well. I very rarely call books a waste of time, and yet.... First of all, this didn't give adult fantasy as all. The writing felt very juvenile to the point of being unenjoyable. The plot was more of a collection of tropes held together with a dream. There were practically no stakes, Sora was the only fleshed out character (barely) and the only reason I didn't DNF was because I own a physical copy. All of the couples irritated the FUCK out of me. It was insta lust/love with a heavy, repeated "oh I don't actually care about them... or do I?" for all four couples. They were all the same. All of them. I should've put it down but unfortunately for me I didn't and it is contributing to my slump. Maybe the main factor of it. 0/10
