Highlights:
Workplace monster romance will always have a special place in my heart! It just works! Fun fantasy world-building mixed with contemporary tropes. Pye and Avirin have great chemistry and I loved their hate to love dynamic. This book was a great mix of spice and a moving love story. I really loves Avirin's storyline about accepting herself and learning it's okay not to be perfect.

Lowlights:
There were times I couldn't figure out where the characters were supposed to be, position wise. It wasn't a big deal but sometimes I'd have to go back and reread or just be a little confused where hands and legs were.
