Funny, provoking and so so sad at the same time. What started as a ridiculous tale about a mum slowly turning into a dog, ended up being almost horrifying when discussing what a woman must give up when becoming a mother as opposed to what a man must give up when becoming a father.

Loved it and I would wholeheartedly recommend it. The only downside is that I found I wasn't as immersed in it and had to take breaks from reading, hence why only 4/5 stars.
