Sometimes life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass. You just need to dance in the rain.

This book wasn't exactly what I was expecting after reading the blurb - this is not a bad thing, in fact I felt that the book was so much more than the blurb.

I was expecting a kind of light and fluffy hockey star finds out about an unknown child story. Which we did get.

What I wasn't expecting was the emotion I felt. I wasn't expecting to have my heart ripped out, to feel all the feels.

Our leading man is a bit selfish, a bit protective, and a bit out of his element, but I adored the push/pull feeling he has towards the 3 new ladies in his life.

Yes, 3. But no, this is not a group sex thing! I don't want to give away too much about what is happening, but I loved these ladies with all that I have.

This is so different from what I have read by Ms Jamieson in the past. It is a bit darker than I have come to expect, but I loved that she has crossed from her norm.

Dancing In The Rain is a sweet, emotional story and I look forward to what Ms Jamieson brings us next.
