I can’t believe that I read this, I read this entire book and I didn’t explode from how fucking awesome this book is. It was one of the only nonfiction novels I found myself coasting through and being drawn in so completely and I think the reason for that is because this book is not just Memoir, it's not just Science History, it's not just Self-Help, It's so much more than that. Its a Fuck You to Society, its a Do What You Want chant. It was magnificent.
There were many parts of this book that had me in awe. I was inspired by the deep dives into our own mental health and our capacities to ‘just keep going’. You would think a book like this would appear cynical and overly sarcastic, and you may be right, but I think for this type of book, you just can’t help but be a little bit of an asshole telling this story.
The title of this book may seem misleading, but it will all make sense in the end, because that’s just how Chaos works.
