This is exactly what I needed to break me out of my funk this past week. I was not expecting ANY of that. Like game of thrones meets the hunger games with a supernatural twist. I loved every second of it. The court politics, the alliances, the love, the hate, the desire for change and willing to do anything for it, even sacrifice your own life. "Anyone can betray anyone." I didn't know who to trust, what to think or expect, I saw danger in every conversation, every stolen kiss, every lie within a lie. It was so perfect. I can't wait to continue on with this series.
