This was such a fantastic story that only got better and better with each chapter. Seriously, I was hooked by the end and the romance between Sunnëva and Jökull was AMAZING. The dude just LOVES HER SO MUCH, He was a fantastic love interests and the SPICE, I am just fanning myself from how good it was. This is the first book in a series (they can be read as standalones) but I already know I will be reading the rest of these books cuz THIS ONE WAS AMAZING!!! You get to see Sunnëva grow so much throughout the books and you get to see her journey of healing and opening herself to love, and that was just so so beautiful to read. She goes through so much and she’s a warrior for sure. Gosh, I really can’t even begin to put into words how good this book was, definitely pick it up if you love fantasy romances!!!
