I was really excited when I originally got this book because the author left such a nice message inside the book in the acknowledgements. I won it in a giveaway and thought that the concept sounded interesting. The book felt very slow and repetitive, though. I don't feel like I learned much from how long the book is. I think it could have been condensed to be much shorter. I finished the majority of it, but I can't keep forcing myself to read it. It's too tedious and doesn't have much substance.
