My book club decided to pick this book up as a self reflective piece during this difficult period. As a white women, this book hit me hard. I never realized things I unconsciously did were considered racist. This book made me realize that no-one is 100% not a racist. We all have our tendencies and we need to reevaluate our social structures and our thinking of the world. I highly recommend this book for those who want to change and make a difference.
