I didn't love it, but I didn't hate it either; wasn't something I looked forward to picking up every day but it was insightful. I was unaware it was a woman's true tale of being in a domestic violence situation. I'm glad she "saw the light" and was able to get out of that situation. It was interesting to read the thought process of why women stay in these relationships - what they tell themselves after the men that quote unquote love them beat them. Thankfully there were no children involved, who knows how this story would have ended up.
