This is an okay Civil War story line, though it doesn't really seem to fit with Carol Danvers' general character. At least, from what I've read from her anyway. I don't think she would necessarily be so gung-ho for the government regulations--especially if it meant separating a family. So there's that.
The art was okay, and the story line with Rogue in the last few issues seemed to work better than the Civil War story. Overall, an okay read.
