Though I'd seen the movie, this was the first time reading the book. Impressed by how closely the two mesh (to my memory, at least, it's been a while since I've watched it). Dark, of course, and realizing that Alex was written as being 15 at the start of the story was a surprise. The natsat slang was fascinating to actually read, as well.
