I love Jason June books so please don't be mad at me, bestie, but honestly there was too much going on in this one. 

I feel like it was just too big of a story to try and squeeze into one book. Too much lore, magic rules, etc. I loved the world that was presented I just really wish it had been ironed out more thoroughly
