This book was a short, fast read. I liked this book, but it was a little young for me. The main character was 12 years old; I think I would have preferred her to be at least 16, but I should take the book for what it is. This is definitely a middle grade book.

It was a cute story but very short, and it did not have much plot development or character development. I do think younger readers would enjoy the story. It was just not what I was expecting when I picked the book up, and it fell short of my expectations.
