I was looking forward to reading this book as it has really high reviews, and I love to stalk 5☆ books.......however it was just a bit mehhh for me I'm afraid.

The story had promise, woman goes to the store to pick up some carrots for dinner, there is a robbery, and she gets shot in the head (well the bullet scrapes her head) and after that she can read minds.

There was a little humour in there, although it was never laugh out loud funny, and it never really got going, I was waiting for this big finale, but the ending was just all wrapped up with a pretty bow and a wink!

I'm sure that this will appeal to a lot of people, and my mum for one will love it, but I'm afraid I didn't so much, although I may just read the next book sometime when I'm bored just to see where they go with the story, as I'm struggling to see how they can make it into a series.
