I could tell by the cover exactly what kind of book this was going to be, so nothing came as a shock as I read. Therefore, I LOVED IT!

You're going to get random swear words thrown in, some absolutely ridiculously useless police officers and plenty of funny moments. And yes, some questionable actions but you know what ... it's a fun, festive, light-hearted book and it was perfect.

I actually loved Oli so much. #husbandgoals I didn't guess the killer because I didn't bother trying to guess them, I just enjoyed reading it each evening, and when I found out there's a second book, I high tailed it to good old Zon and pre-ordered it.

Will happily recommend this to anyone after a funny festive thriller that doesn't take itself too seriously.

However, I do have one gripe. Who the f**k puts milk in Bailey's on ice? Just...no.
