I loved this book. It’s a wonderful fantasy book but rather than sweeping landscapes, dungeon crawling adventures or magical battles it’s mostly set in and around one location, a coffee shop.

I enjoyed watching Viv find her new place in the world, realising her dream and finding supportive people along the way. I understood the calmness of sitting with hot cup of good coffee and finding your own little happiness for a few moments in a busy world.

It’s difficult to describe, but Legends and Lattes was a book my brain really needed right now.
