This was a story that was more than just being a succubus. This was a story about a girl that has to struggle. Struggle with herself, with her family, and with not ever being able to fall in love. It was an emotional ride but also full of lovely moments. The bond between Ren and Allison was sweet, swoony, and stressful! Stressful because her kiss can drain him and anything more might kill him. I loved Allison’s personality and the writing was really addictive! On to book two!
