This book is so queer and so wonderful and I love it. I want there to be more books, but the ending implied that this is a duology, which is okay. I wouldn't want this series to go on too long. I'm happy with the way it ended; I just wish none of the characters I had grown attached to had to die, but it's a fantasy so people have to die. Oh and I love Nipper so much! She is so cute and awesome. I want my own dragon now. The love between Odessa and Meredy is so pure and they need to grow old together.
