What a great start to this series. Just like anything from this author. I ate it up. Completely devoured it. 

Maddox and Hannah had an amazing week together in college but something unexpected happened and Hannah had to drop out and leave immediately. She left a letter hoping Maddox felt the same way so she had to pick up her broken heart and move on with her life. 

Years later Maddox is now the owner of the company that she works at. Things are extremely tense between the two at first since one believes the other didn't bother and the other felt like they were ghosted, but both couldn't deny they still had feelings for each other after all these years. 

They cleared the air up pretty quickly about what happened back in college and I loved watching these two reconnect and discover that they both equally missed and cared for each other throughout the years. They really had a connection that deserved the happiness that it finally brought. 

If you are looking for low angst, second chance with a man who will do anything to show how much he cares, definitely pick this book up, you won't be disappointed.
