Good Omens is one of those books everyone tells you to read because everyone loves it right? Well I’m glad I read it. I did enjoy it. But I wasn’t amazed.
It is chock full of the humour I like, and I have a feeling that comes mostly from Pratchett as I haven’t seen this kind of humour in the Gaiman I have read so far.
I also liked the premise. And the characters. But it was just good. Not great. Not magical. Not wonderful. Just good. And sometimes that’s good enough.
