Exuma: The Loyalist Years 1783-1834 was very factual but not dry. Learning about the loyalists and where they settled were interesting to me. Recognizing some loyalists last names were fascinating; it interesting to see the intersection of various histories laying on top of each other to create The Bahamas known today. I wish there was a book this in-depth on every major island in The Bahamas.
