I think this was a great book to accompany me as I start a new job. There is a lot of vulnerability in starting something new, especially when you leave a place you have been five years to fill the sites of someone who has been at their location for seventeen. And since I work with children, the parenting parts reminded me of tips to give parents as well as ways to structure my own interactions.
