I'll be 100% honest: I read this series because I wanted to read something easy, fast and that needed 0 brain power to complete in between my dense reading.

This series was exactly that, but this companion piece was by far the most enjoyable of all of them. Bad thing is that you need to have read the previous 3 to make sense of it, but is fun.
