jsant 's review for:
Klara and the Sun
by Kazuo Ishiguro
I love discovering a book solely based on a friend's recommendation and not prepping myself by reading the synopsis and just jumping in. That happened with this book and I wasn't disappointed.
It's told from a single perspective without a lot of explanation and you as the reader have a lot to derive and understand what is being experienced through the lense of Klara's very particular experience and perspective. I enjoyed it a lot.
