The Things We Leave Unfinished
by Rebecca Yarros
4.5 stars
I know I’m late to the party but hey, I’m here now and fully understand why everyone talks so much about the author’s books and how much they love them.
It was a mesmerising story with a heroine that tries to change her life around 180 degrees and finds herself in a place full of beautiful settings and heartbreaking history.
This is one of those books that needs to be savoured and not rushed over because there are so many moments where you just need to put it down and feel. All the anguish moments that her grand grandmother had to go through, so much angst and love , everything adds up to a beautiful love story with a sad ending.
But the now moments between Georgia and Noah are so good, full of reliable content and that made me love this book even more.
If you haven’t read her books before, this is one you should start with.
