I can’t even begin to explain how much I adored this book. I have been a fan of the series since I was 10 years old, I’m 22 now and I love it just as much now as I did back then. Midnight Sun was the booked that we all waited for and it was so worth the wait.

The character development enabled by telling the story from Edward’s point of view was indescribable - we got to see how not only his thought processes and story but everyone around him.

We got backstories that we didn’t even consider while reading the original series and more information about characters we didn’t originally know where intrinsically vital to the plot this early on in the series.

The plot was much the same, however we had additions that were not possible under Bella’s POV and an insight into the person Edward sees Bella to be - truly blessed to have been able to view her from his eyes.

I can only hope that the hype and love for this book will push Stephenie Meyer to continue writing the rest of the series from Edward’s POV - we this books has shown that the original series only scratched the surface as to the actual plot of the story. I need New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn from Edward’s POV
