I wanted to like this. I wanted to like it so badly.

But nope.

I’ve read Austen before and this just felt incredibly boring. I also had a hard time following the plot and just didn’t care about any of the characters or honestly know who anyone was.

Maybe I was in the wrong headspace when I started this but anyway, I have an immense disinterest in this book.
