mousereads 's review for:
The Bone Spindle
by Leslie Vedder
So,
I understand this has both a m/f and f/f pairing, however, the focus is predominately on the m/f pairing when it comes to romance. The cover is misleading in that it would make one assume the two women get equal footing in the book, along with their relationships. This is not the case, and predominately the story focuses on Fi and Briar Rose and Fi's own issues. I liked Fi, and I liked that storyline, and if that was what I personally felt was marketed to me, this would be a little bit different.
I want more Shane and less Briar Rose.
