Ronit & Jamil by Pamela L. Laskin
4.5
challenging emotional hopeful fast-paced
Plot or Character Driven: Character
Strong character development: Yes
Loveable characters: Complicated
Diverse cast of characters: Yes
Flaws of characters a main focus: No

Definitely one of the better iterations of the 'Romeo & Juliet' story with great insight into the dynamics of Palestinian-Israeli relations with a hopeful story we can all root for. My only complaint is that I wish this were a longer book.
