Vacationland
by Meg Mitchell Moore
Thank you for the gifted copy, Bibliolifestyle and William Morrow Books!
Vacationland is a family drama told from a handful of POVs over the course of a summer in Maine. While the book started out on the slower side, I didn’t want to put it down once I was invested in Louisa and Kristie’s stories and found out a little of the mystery to the past family drama and got and inkling of some potential future family drama. The kids in the family were so endearing and I loved their perspectives amidst all that was happening. This was a very atmospheric Maine read, with lobstering, the summer house, and a tourist town, and is a perfect beach read for the summer!
