Antoni: Let's Do Dinner
by Antoni Porowski
I love Queer Eye but sometimes Antoni's cooking lessons in the show have me scratching my head. Those reveal parties that the person "cooks" for are *definitely* catered bc Antoni's recipes tend to be labor intensive, especially for people who literally never cook.
Anyways, I was curious about this book. The recipes really aren't too labor intensive, but you do need to think ahead a bit for ingredients and organizing prep stages. I tried a couple out and they were fine. But overall the dishes just didn't seem super appetizing to my palette.
