I liked the premise and the idea of this book. I even enjoyed the first part of it. But as soon as Riley started being stupid and making poor decisions, I had checked out. The villains were painfully obvious, though their motivation was never fully clear. They were one dimensional characters, as were most of the characters in the book. And while Riley is a werewolf, she is more led by her sexual desire than a typical man is. "Yes I'm going to go and sleep with the guy who drugged and raped me." yup that's a good plan. This is why I have no sympathy with her, and have no desire to continue with the series.
