I would never claim to be a royalist, but I would definitely admit to having a sort of fascination with the royal family, especially after watching #thecrown & the general happenings in the Mountbatten Windsor family of late.
I found some of the content in this book to be interesting, some not surprising (certain personalities definitely matched my assumptions) & some to be overly long-winded. It was really long & I struggle with books of this size with such a busy life. It’s not a book that will wow you, but if you’re interested in the royal family I would definitely recommend having a read.
