I thought this was a good almost murder mystery book. However, it wasn’t super thriller like, if anything the majority of this book focuses on how the MC delves into this socialite world. The twists didn’t seem to hit as hard as it should, and I wasn’t super surprised or shocked. I also didn’t like the MC and couldn’t relate to their decisions. I don’t think I was the target audience for this book, which may be why it’s so so for me. But I would recommend it as a light murder mystery.
