the weird thing where london is rich as fuck and dahlia is not was strange. its hard to root for london to win 100k when they literally dont need it at all, i thought maybe their parents disowned them and they needed it, but they are only estranged from their father, would their mother not give them money to start the non profit? i just cant root for rich motherfuckers joining contests like this just to win more money, when its people who are one emergency away from living on the streets competing in it too that need the money more
the romance is of course lacking... the only way they like each other is through sex, every single time they see each other they just want to fuck, and at the end of the book its trying to convince me they actually love each other.
