Anxious People
by Fredrik Backman
i liked the idea of this and i enjoyed the quirky witting style. i loved how different all characters where and how everyone had their own struggles and worries.
but i think this book was too long. about 1/3 into it i started to feel bored and dragged out. i don’t think i needed to get all the life stories of everyone. or if that was necessary it could have been done shorter.
i think the ending is done pretty well again but it just stretched out to long.
all in all?
a very different but sometimes funny story my a very realistic portray of adulthood and it’s struggles of all kinds and the very realistic Realisation that we are all idiots who do idiotic things and sometimes need a little help.
