I had previously read A Brush With Love, and while I didn't instantly fall in love with the book I did enjoy the writing style enough to know that I wanted to read another book by Mazey Eddings. When this popped up on Net Galley, I requested it instantly and was excited to be given the opportunity to read it. I didn't even read the synopsis, which is perfect because I don't think I would have requested it. Normally, I'm not a big fan of the pregnancy trope in books but I found myself falling in love with this book, Rake, and Lizzie. I love their opposites attract banter and the silliness found within their blooming relationship. Rake is my favorite type of hero, who finds himself letting go of his sternness around the free-spirited, Lizzie.
