What a depressing fucking book. I almost don’t have other words. However, the MC is funny and quippy, and i found myself empathizing with her toward the end. If you’ve ever been in a rut trying to find or make meaning in your life, this book feels familiar. But maybe don’t read this during that time. The ending left me wanting more and better for the MC, but boy isn’t that the whole point. I can’t say I’ll reread this, but that’s probably only bc I feel like I’ve already lived this.
