I’m a little frustrated with this book. It was SO slow! I think it was more concerned with the passage of time, rather than what was happening. Then, when things finally did happen, it was so incredibly rushed.
I wanted so much more with the boys, the original three. We barely see them, but what we do see, I loved. But it was by no means enough.
And what is with the constant mention of how they smell? It’s not entirely consistent either, but it’s more than a little annoying.
What’s also annoying is Windsor. If you’re going to involve British royalty, you need to at least have some basis in fact. Yes, he’s a fictional character but make him fictional, don’t bring in reality.
I really wanted to like this series, but this book is so slow! I’m also really wanting some action. A few kisses and a grinding session isn’t really doing it for me, sorry.
